You're joining an interview with Saarathi

Before you join — please read this

• Saarathi is an AI, not a person. She asks the questions and you speak with her normally.
• Your camera must stay on for the whole conversation. If it goes off she will ask you to turn it back on.
• Your video is watched while you are in the call. Every few seconds the system looks at a single frame and writes down a short description — whether you're in shot, whether anyone else is, whether a phone or second screen is visible.
• No video or photographs are kept. What's stored is the written transcript and those written observations, held for 90 days and then deleted.
• A human at Flybi reviews everything before any decision is made. Nothing here decides your application on its own.
