Before you begin

This interview is conducted by Saarathi, Flybi's AI interviewer. She asks the questions, you answer out loud, and you are welcome to ask her questions too.

• Your camera and microphone stay on for the whole interview. Headphones or earphones are strongly recommended — on speakers her voice can echo back into your microphone and cut her off mid-sentence.
• She speaks first. If you hear nothing for a few seconds, wait — don't say hello yet.
• Saarathi checks during the interview that the person on camera is the person who joined, and that you are alone. Nothing is drawn on your video; a thin line at its bottom edge shows that the camera can see you.
• A written record of the interview — the transcript and the interviewer's notes — is kept for 90 days and then deleted. No video recording is made.
• A few still photographs are taken while we talk. They are kept with your application and used for one thing only: so that the person who joins Flybi can be matched to the person who was interviewed. They are not used to judge your answers, and they are not shared outside the hiring team.
• A member of our team reviews the interview before any decision is made.
• Please keep this window in front for the whole interview. Switching to another app or window is recorded — not because you can't, but so the team reviewing this can see the interview was done on its own.
• You can leave at any time.
